Hazards

• Small parts — ExaPlex connectors are small parts that pose a choking hazard for children and animals.
• Pointed tips — The rods have pointed ends that could cause injury if pressed in to the skin, thrown, or trodden on.
• Eye safety — Keep aware of getting too close, and avoid using rods near the eyes or face during assembly.

Regulatory classification

ExaPlex is not classified as a toy under US (CPSC) or EU toy safety regulations, which apply to products intended for children under 14.

Supervision

Adult supervision is recommended when younger users are present. Keep ExaPlex products away from children under 3 years old.
