ExaPlex is operated by Original Engineering LLC, a Nevada company.

When you use exaplex.build:

License codes — If you enter a license code to access premium content, we store that code in your browser (as a cookie) so you stay logged in. The code is also validated against our database hosted on Firebase (a Google service).

Contact and mailing list — If you submit the contact form or join our mailing list, that information goes through Google Forms. We use it only to respond to you or send ExaPlex updates. We don't sell or share your information.

Fonts — We self-host our fonts on this website. No external font services are used.

Pinterest — Some pages include embedded Pinterest boards. Pinterest may collect data when these load.

We don't use analytics or tracking services. We don't track your browsing behavior.

We use one cookie (exaPlexPremium) to remember your license code. It expires after one year. You can delete it anytime by clearing your browser cookies.

If you're in the EU, you have the right to access, correct, or delete any personal data we hold. Since we don't store personal data beyond what's in Google Forms, contact us and we'll help.
